A private investor has acquired a #retail #investment in #Limerick City Centre for in excess of the guide price of the property. The property which was located at 5A Sarsfield Street was offered for sale by Power & Associates and the agents reported strong interest in the property, with very active bidding on the property. The guide price for the property was €175,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 8.5% after purchaser costs, with final sale price being agreed well in excess of the guide price. The property which extended to 1,126 sq. feet was let to Visage Hair Studio under the terms of a 10 year lease from June 2016 at an initial rent of €15,600 per annum.
