Hey Folks, I came across this video I posted before. Keep in mind if you fall of track to make sure you keep some form of exercise up as its a lot harder when you start back after a number of weeks off. We will always feel low when we start back and the first thing we think of is"why did i ever stop, my fitness/strength has dropped", trust me I know this all to well.... yes you will get back there and easier than what it was at the start but its still not a nice feeling. So keep consistency up and results will consistently show.

This study shows that if you are suffering from anxiety or any other form of mental health that if you were to add in some resistance training to your week you'll will be less anxious and better about yourself.
