At G8 fitness we offer enjoyable & challenging workouts suitable for all fitness levels. we get results with all our clients improving their fitness, weight loss & general well being. we offer various packages including our monthly sign up, personal training & group training programmes. we also offer pay as you go sessions.we have a fully fitted gym suitable for large group classes and a fully fitted weights area suitable for personal training and group sessions. we strive for results with all our members and giving them a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere each time they come into our gym.
