After phase one was completed we started phase two painting and used Dulux Weathershield Inch Strand on main walls and Etched White on windows, surrounds and coins followed by Bitter Chocolate on base leaving this property looking absolutely fantastic. It was touch and go for a few days regarding the weather but we stayed with it and got it finished just in time for my clients birthday party. I was told it was 25 years since this roof was cleaned so it was a challenge for our best roof man Sean Sweeney and a challenge accepted and completed with ease. All walls were pretreated along with front concrete slab at the main entrance of the building so when the roof was being done by Sean we got to work on the rest and as you can see this property looks fantastic and is ready for painting.
