❄❄❄Here is a YES CHEF catering favourite for the cold day that's in it❄❄❄ **** BEEF & GUINNESS STEW **** ▪200ml of GUINNESS ▪400g stewing diced beef ▪1 onion - diced ▪1 large carrot - diced ▪1 large celery - diced ▪1 large parsnip - diced ▪1 Litre of beef stock ▪Sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary ▪Champ potato or creamy mash potato *** METHOD *** Fry the beef until golden brown in colour, add the vegetables and cook till tender, then pour the GUINNESS and reduce by half. Add the beef stock and herbs and simmer very slowly for between an hour and an hour and a half. Serve with the champ potato or creamy mash. Even some crusty bread. Serves 2-4 people. ☆☆YES CHEF top tip☆☆ Make plenty as stew is always tastes even better second day!!
