It's great to be back racing and to take the win in Athenry's 5k series race on Tuesday. Happy to dip under the 16 minutes and I am looking forward to seeing how quick I can go this year. A dip in the cryobath 2 days prior to racing is a ritual I strongly believe in to loosen the legs up and take down inflammation from heavy training sessions.
