Because we have moved, our former office is now available for rent. It's a commercial unit with street frontage of circa 700 sq ft. Located on a busy thoroughfare with high volumes of pedestrian and vehicular traffic making it an excellent location for any business. The building has private parking to the rear. Current layout is as an office space with a reception area, 3 independent rooms with storage and toilet facilities to the rear. All IT and phone cabling is still in place. This space has partitions which can easily be altered/removed to change the premises use and/or layout. This unit offers a great opportunity to relocate or expand your business in the heart of Carrick On Shannon. Viewing comes highly recommended. Call 071 96 71524 to arrange a viewing.

We would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2018 from Sheila, Declan and all at Moran McNamara. Our office will be closed from Monday 25th December and will re open on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
The Christmas season is approaching and if you are an employer and feeling generous, you might want to thank staff and directors with tax-free vouchers worth up to €500. Known as the small-benefits exemption, the scheme is available not only to employees but also to directors of their own business and to directors spouses if they are employees/directors. The bonus is good for both employers and employees. Employees avoid PAYE, PRSI and USC, and employers don’t have to pay Employers PRSI. It is important to be aware that: • The bonus can’t be paid in cash, so employers typically opt for vouchers • It cannot be part of any pay cut arrangement between and employee and employer. • Only one voucher per employee can be given in a year.
Next year, new start in our new larger premises in Hartley Business Park, Carrick on Shannon. We started out in 2015 with two accountants, two small offices and one meeting room. Over the past few years, you our clients have helped us to scale our business and create new employment. Now our team has grown to six amazing and very capable staff and thankfully our customer base is growing too. All this growth means that we now need a new special space and we have found the perfect one. With ample parking, Hartley Business Park is just two minutes out the Leitrim road and is a powerhouse of financial services and legal expertise. We are approaching 2018 with new gusto and look forward to working with our neighbouring businesses to create a new “financial hub” in Carrick on Shannon.
