1997 – 2017. It was a suitably stunning weekend for the 20th Anniversary celebrations of Old Head Golf Links. With Members travelling in from across the globe to compete in a Club Championship made even more special by the occasion, nature was also there to gift the most beautiful of rainbows across the Old Head lighthouse in recognition of the event. A magical golfing landscape that has grown rapidly to become known as one of the most spectacular destinations in world golf we are looking forward to pushing the boundaries yet further in the years ahead in order to further delight and to ensure that the Old Head Experience is second to none.

A beautiful day for the 2017 season opening at Old Head Golf Links with some very exciting developments to be enjoyed, both on the course and in the clubhouse. Certainly not least is the stunning par 5 sixth hole which now features one of the most dramatic and spectacular green sites to be found anywhere in the world. Repositioned to be next to the original 16th century lighthouse the immaculate surface interfaces with history and provides stunning 360 degree panoramic views across the headland and Atlantic Ocean.
