From Maureen's passion and love of baking came Cole's Home Bakery and using only tried and tested receipes she gathered over the years. Her daughter Deirdre joined her bringing her own unique flair of baking to the bakery. Nine years ago Michelle joined them using her backround in retail to drive sales, new products and looking after customer needs.
