Mullagh/Kiltormer U14s are in action this weekend in the Justin Cheevers Cup. We have been drawn in a group with Padraig Pearses, Kilconieron and St. Thomas. Our first game is Vs St. Thomas in Mullagh pitch this Friday, 31st March at 6.30pm. Then on Saturday, 1st April we play our remaining two games in Ballymacward; 11.20am Vs Kilconieron & 12.10pm Vs Padraig Pearses The Justin Cheevers Cup semi finals take place in Craughwell Saturday evening at 5.30pm and 6.30pm with the final on in Kenny Park, Athenry on Sunday. Tomorrow is your last chance to enter the competition and its not to late to be in with a chance to win the Guaranteed prize of €500! Cost of entry is €15 and each weigh in is €5 thereafter or €40 all in from the start! How it works...All weights will be recorded in pounds, simply divide this number by 14 for weight in stones. Your total weight loss divided by your starting weight multiplied by 100 will give the total percentage of body weight you have lost over the 7 weeks. Whoever loses the greatest percentage of their body weight will be the winner. Final weigh in April 14th. Prize presentation in the Ink Bottle on April 15th. In the event of multiple qualifiers, the prize money of €500 will be divided accordingly. Thanks to all the entrants so far and to everyone else please support tomorrow night!!

Kiltormer GAA Club will be holding a 'Biggest Loser' competition, commencing with a weigh in on Friday March 3rd at 8.30pm in Kiltormer Sports Complex! For the following 6 weeks there will be a weigh in every Friday night at 8.30pm with the final weigh in scheduled for Friday 14th April. Cost Per Person - €15 to join and €5 per night thereafter or €40 up front for the entire programme. At the end of the competition, the person who has lost the most weight will win the €500 cash prize! In the event of multiple qualifies, the prize money will be divided accordingly. The prize presentation will take place on Saturday, April 15th in The Ink Bottle Bar where there will be music by DJ Corky, finger food and raffle.
