Apart from the fact that I love yoga and post lots of yoga related articles, I also love Meditation and Yoga Nidra. It gives me great pleasure to teach this wonderful gift of life to others.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice - it comes from the Indian tantric tradition and has been evolving for many thousands of years and is very appropriate practice for everyone.
Meditation - I teach MIndfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness, very simple practices suitable for all. Mindfulness of breathing is a practice that once learned - can be used in every day life to help you get through your day with ease and less stress.
Loving Kindness - The practice helps us to actively cultivate positive emotional states towards ourselves and others, so that we become more patient, kind, accepting, and compassionate.
