All classes are a Mix of Light Weight Training, Cardio & Corework. When all 3 are combined they are great for Fatburn & Shape.
I worked in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now, I am qualified at Spinning, resistance training, aerobics, boxercise, kettlebells, pre-post natal and I am also a qualified personal trainer.
I am very enthusiastic about exercise and always had a passion for it. I believe the way to looking good is to feel good from the inside out. I understand how difficult it is when you have children to find the time to train, that's why I have a 'Mummy Boot Camp' so there are no excuses!
I like to think of myself as a motivator rather than a hitler because I want my clients to enjoy what they are doing even if they are finding it hard, I believe a good atmosphere in a class makes you work harder without you even thinking it.
I am running ' Fit packages' both early morning and evening classes. I am running them as monthly packages. Anyone who attends will get measured and weighed at the beginning, they will also get a basic foodplan. You will then be measured and weighed at the end of the month and "THE BIGGEST LOSER" WINS A MONTH!

I don't normally like to tell about my weaknesses but I decided 'Today was the day'...๐๐ Since I started the teacher training in September I've been at the studio very often & that 'KITTYS' is right beside it & it's like it CALLS ME IN every time to buy these liquorice thingies๐๐ IT'S DRIVING ME CRACKED...๐๐๐ Your man behind the counter is laughing at me now & tried to convince me they are healthy ๐๐ PROBLEMS PROBLEMS๐๐จ
I was in Lemongrass during the weekend & had a fab Asparagus Warm salad with Mushroom.. Ye must be saying 'Your wan & her salads' but I needed to eat light as it was Yoga weekend & heavy food really doesn't work ... So I decided to give it a shot today...Pea Shoot leaves, Spinach, Asparagus stir fried with mushrooms, baby corn, sugar snap, roasted hazelnuts, ginger garlic & soy...Not bad ..Would be nice with a few prawns either & some rice๐ I like to eat regular small meals throughout the day...Heavy meals do not suit my job as it kills me when I'm teaching & I also need food for energy... I don't see it as DIETING more to suit my LIFE...๐
WAS ANYONE THINKING THIS, THIS EVENING??? Would you believe I was very un-motivated leaving the house....Had a strong word with myself before I got to you & when I arrived & saw the amount that walked in the door only added to my energy levels.. ๐๐ We ACTUALLY DID... excuse the AMERICANESS๐๐๐ KILL IT THIS EVENING & THIS MORNING ..DIDN'T WE?? ABSOLUTELY CHUFFED WITH YOU ALL... Thanks a million Lads....๐๐๐
A lot of people ask me REGULARLY...WHY they are not losing weight on the scales... I HONESTLY CANNOT answer that question as I don't live with you so cannot see what you are doing right or wrong... MY ADVICE...Treat your lifestyle (Health & Fitness) very similar to how you treat your EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL LIFE/ CHILDREN OR HOME ... It NEEDS CONSISTENCY. .eg...If you didn't turn up at work/school/college just because you didn't feel like it...DO YOU THINK IT WILL GET YOU A PROMOTION OR HELP YOU PASS EXAMS ?? EH NO... Another EG...If you ever got a PROMOTION AT WORK...Did you get this promotion by complaining about everything you had to do.. NUP...because you & I both know that NO BOSS ON EARTH would listen.. THEY WANT PEOPLE THAT THEY KNOW MAKE THINGS HAPPEN... ๐ These examples work the same with HEALTHY LIFESTYLE....I HAVE BEEN OVERWEIGHT & WAS IN COMPLETE DENIAL & DID NOT WANT TO GIVE UP EVERYTHING I LIKED BUT EVENTUALLY I DID MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS..& you know what?? I LIKE MY BODY NOW...NOT IN AN OBSESSIVE OR SHOWING OFF WAY...It makes me feel good & the older I get the more proud I get of this ONE BIG ACHIEVEMENT (apart from my children) that I have...๐ I would love all of you to feel good but until you realise that it is a RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS YOURSELF it is very hard as I will not fill you with false promise...๐ Be GOOD to your body & it will be GOOD to you..๐
It is such a lovely day today...had some cancellations this morning so had a lovely long shower after dropping the kids & then went to Essie's Restoration Class...๐ Felt great after that so headed up to check on a book I had ordered at the Book Centre & saw this lovely Diary...I know it's March but couldn't pass it... Had heard about Helen Costelloes Deli 'The Cutting Vedge' on Ormonde Street for a while so decided to treat myself to a Chick Pea Goulash which was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS...Feel great now...Fed & Happy...๐ Have a great day...See some of you at Spinning later ๐

And its almost over...Frigging snow back again...hopefully it's gone for good now & we can get into SUMMER SPIRIT... The weather almost put me off going out with some of my MORNING CREW last night..BUT IT DIDN'T..& BOY AM I GLAD I WENT OUT cause I ACTUALLY HOWLED LAUGHING ALL NIGHT...I knew they were headcases as they are pretty much the same at 6.30am but with ALCOHOL FLOWING....THERE ARE NO WORDS๐๐๐๐ Anyways we are back to normal...BRIGHT & EARLY TOMORROW (TUESDAY) MORNING @ 6.30AM & 9.30AM. . Then classes are on: Wed @ 6.30am(Millenium Court ) 5.30pm & 6.15pm (Spinning @ 360 Fitness ) .. Thurs @ 9.30am & 6.30pm ... Fri @ 6.30am... Time to get BACK TO WORK๐
