A bit about me: I am 30, and my son will be 2 in the beginning of May! I having done years of childminding in younger years, being the eldest of 3 and an aunt down the way with 4 kids who were always together I have experience of that but also of being a mom! I cherish kids, always have and love their playful ways and how they figure things out!
It took 7 years to have my lil monkey so I love all kids and support each in the uniqueness! Many family members have autism so I know a good amount about that too.

Changing rooms around a little and always trying to update and think up new ideas to keep smallies happy and occupied in a fun, safe and encouraging environment...... perhaps even slipping in some educational fun with my own little monkey happily playing with the letters! 😍😍😍
Rear-facing vs. Forward-facing
This post perfectly and simply illustrates the impact of a child in a forward facing seat vs a rear facing seat! If you do nothing else today, please watch it and do consider keeping your child rear facing until at least 4! Seats go from €99 (this price is not a special offer price so can be cheaper again) Please feel free to share!!

What is one of the most dangerous things we do daily, without giving it much though!?? Drive / travel in our cars! Here at Rainbow Dreams Childcare, we take optimising car safety to the max! I have recently gone out and purchased 4 new car seats! ALL of which are an extended rear facing seat!! Extended rear facing is the practise of rear facing our children until at least 18kg (approx 4 years old - please note, age on car seats is ONLY a rough guide, please weigh your child regularly to ensure your car seat is a correct fit for them) I practice it with my son as it is 532% safer! All my seats are fitted rear facing and ONLY turned on the request of a parent to forward face! Did you know 3 out of every 4 car seats are either incorrectly fitted or the wrong seat for the child in it! You can have your child seat and fitting check professionally - please see: http://www.rsa.ie/RSA/Road-Safety/Education/Check-it-fits1/Check-it-fits/Check-it-fits-region/2016/ This seat is a Joie Steadi, I have two of these and 2 Joie Tilt seats!
