Please be aware Rathangan First responders will be doing a training evening this Wednesday 27th. We will be at people's houses practising response times and other skills. Please ignore flashing strobe lighting on vehicles at road side it's only training.

Please feel free to open the cabinets and familiarise with the equipment. There's a Defibrillator and a bag contains razor for shaving hair on chest. A small towel and a face mask for help with giving breaths to casualty. PLEASE DON'T SWITCH ON UNIT UNTIL IT IS NEEDED.

The first Public Accessible defibrillator is now available outside Rathangan Credit Union. The defibrillator can be accessed by simply lifting the cover on key code panel and turning the knob. As shown in This short video. This defibrillator was donated by Ray Lloyd and the cabinet and new pads and battery through our fundraising. The other defibulators will be installed shortly.
