My name is Teresa Clifford. For the first fifteen years as a married woman I was a stay at home mum and would have taken on the odd part-time job to help sustain our family's income. When my children were teenagers I went back to study and gained a diploma in Body Massage and Anatomy and Physiology and from then on I have study many different aspects of the whole person. I am a qualified and accredited Psychotherapists and for the last twenty-five years and have amassed a wide range of knowledge to support others in their journey whether that be in personal development, spiritual development, Women's health, anxiety and depression and sustaining a healthy natural well-being.
