On Being Yourself... You must learn that you cannot be loved by all people. You can be the finest apple in the world...ripe, juicy sweet and succulent and offer yourself to all. but you must remember there will be people who do not like apples. You must understand that if you are the world's finest apple but someone you love does not like apples, you have the choice to become a banana. But be warned - if you choose to become a banana, you will be a second rate banana....but you will always be the finest apple. You must also realise that if you choose to be a second rate banana, there are people who don't like bananas Furthermore, you can spend your life trying to become the best banana, which is impossible if you are an apple.... Or you can seek again to be the finest apple.

When I was younger, I never had breakfast, disregarding my mother when she said it was the Most Important Meal. (Sure what do Mother's know?!?). Since coming across Herbalife, I NEVER leave the house without having this product in some shape or form. In winter, I mix it into my porridge, topped off with fresh raspberries and blueberries with a drizzle of honey on top. In summer, I blitz it with frozen fruit, ice cubes and cranberry juice. I also can mix it into my soups as a great snack that fills you for longer. But what exactly makes it so good for us? 220cals* per serving, 18g Protein from Dairy & Soy, essential vitamins & minerals. I could go on and on.. ***By the way, to compare these calories with other breakfast choices... Blueberry Muffin 320 cals French Toast (2 slices) 356 cals The infamous Breakfast Roll has 1,200 calories according to the VHI. and thats without the fried egg (another 92Cals). That's over 68g fat FOR BREAKFAST, when the recommended DAILY amount is 70g for Women, and 90g for Men. Absolute madness. And people wonder why this country is getting fatter.. As Ireland is due to become the worlds most obese country (along with the UK) within a decade, I've decided to try and help people any way I can. Many of you know already that I've been taking Herbalife Products for the last 6 years, and have gotten great results. When I started, my nutrition was fine (or so I assumed), and I was playing soccer twice a week. What I didn't realise was that my body was all over the place in regards to hydration, Body fat and basically every other reading possible ! I always thought that the reason I had so many injuries when playing, was down to the fact that I was 30 and getting slower. It wasn't. It was bad nutrition, bad water intake and my ignorance of what to do before and after training/games. 6 Years later, and I've never felt as good. I'm still playing soccer, and probably better than I did 10 years ago. I've dropped 14% Body Fat (from the inside out), I've gained lean muscle which makes me look slimmer, and my metabolic age* has gone down from 49yrs old to 25.
