NOTICE TO ALL THOSE INTERESTED IN WORKSHOPS & GP MEMBERSHIP! (Please note: workshops will be on Tuesday's and Thursday's) Due to the great response from aspiring actors in our community interested in Greystones Players membership and our introductory workshops – and, unfortunately, the limited number of places available – we will ask all those interested in participating to complete an application form for the workshops next Tuesday or Wednesday evening. The registration fee of €20 will not be required on application. Should applicants be offered a place, the registration fee will be required at that time.
Ever consider joining an amateur theatre group? Well now is your chance! Greystones Players will be back this September with more acting and theatre workshops, and are opening membership up prior to launching our new season. We welcome new members interested in acting and all aspects of theatre production. No acting or theatre experience is necessary, but over-18s only. Join our group of theatre enthusiasts, of all ages and abilities, and take part in a series of weekly workshops in which we explore the craft of acting, improvising and exploring the wonderful world of theatre and you will also have the opportunity to be part of our winter production. Information and registration evenings for new members will take place next Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd of August, 8 – 9 pm in the new Whale Theatre in Greystones. Registration is quick and easy, and the €20 fee to register and take part in an introductory two weeks of workshops will be deducted from the €100 annual membership fee if you choose to join us. We look forward to seeing you on one of these evenings. If you have any queries, please feel free to send us a message or email greystonesplayers@gmail.com.
