Sweet baby Jesus!!!! One of those meals that was so good,you'd happily eat the same again! Hunters chicken which is a chicken fillet wrapped in a smoked rasher & covered in a sauce which I made by mixing some passata,tomato puree,onion granules & 2 level tbsp of @crucial_sauce bbq sauce. Topped with 1/2 healthy a choice of @primula_cheese light & baked in the oven for about half an hour.
