This week Reformer Pilates class will help you build and support a good strong core to maintain and correct posture. The advantages of good posture is that it will ensure the progressive, controlled, development of all postural muscles is maintained. It helps to maintain over all body fitness so that any physical activity is efficient and well coordinated. It helps protect the spine by aiding lifting and handling loads efficiently. It helps to compensate for skeleton changes that occurs in illness or ageing. It helps protect your back and prevent injury. Overall it promotes a feeling of well being and poise during sitting, standing, moving and general day-to-day activity’s. Practice Pilates, love your body ❤️
During the first trimester if you are currently attending Reformer Pilates classes then you can continue as usual. However, throughout the second and third trimesters because of hormonal changes and weight gain you must avoid your normal class and join Reformer pregnancy. All exercises are carefully modified for your changing body taking care of your trimester needs. Stay healthy strong and give yourself a chance to recover quickly after birth with Reformer Pregnancy at French Vanoli. Classes every Tuesday at 6pm. You don’t need be fit to start our Strength & Core classes. What ever your goal is we are here to help you get there, any age, any shape, any fitness level, all are welcome.
