Morning Yoga classes
Join me for an 8 week term of yoga classes in the mornings in Galway city centre. The classes are creative, dynamic, and physically challenging, but we make sure to keep all poses and exercises simple enough that they are suitable for “all levels.” Remember that everyone has to start somewhere! Give yourself a little time to build your endurance. Most importantly, give yourself the freedom to do as much or as little as you want in our classes. There is also a focus on building core strength and engaging specific muscle groups in order to develop body awareness. It’s a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open, relaxed and refreshed. Come and enjoy it! To apply: http://satnamcentre.com/contact Or text Almu 0872185782 for more info!
