In the heart of Eyre Square in Galway City, great atmosphere, great staff, and a great pint of Guinness!! Kennedy's Bar is situated in the heart of Eyre Sq. just off Prospect Hill. Renowned for it's great atmosphere and even better pint of Guinness, Kennedy's is a must for the horse racing lover when in Galway, the bar is dedicated to showing un-compromised coverage of all the UK and Irish meetings live on At The Races and Racing UK along with selected other big sports such as GAA, Rugby and Soccer.
Adjacent to the bar we have a large enclosed smoking area with heaters and seating.
We also have a large 300 capacity venue to the rear which can be booked for every occasion. Ideal for birthday parties, christenings, communions, wedding after parties you name it.
We have 2 bars in the venue along with the adjacent enclosed smoking area which is ideal for parties where you children may be attending as peace of mind is guaranteed with ample room for kids to run around freely.
We also provide light snacks and hot food on request including sandwiches, finger-food baskets, and hot meals such as chicken curry, beef stroganoff, pizza's and beef kebabs.
