Charlotte has extensive experience in the analysis, design and detail of complete structures with varying degrees of difficulty from single to multi-storey buildings, including underground structures and individual structural elements. Our expertise ranges from the latest technology in steel framed buildings, to concrete framed buildings, to load bearing masonry buildings with precast flooring, reinforced concrete and metal deck floor elements, timber framed buildings including underground concrete tanks and culverts. We provide detailed general arrangement and reinforcement drawings with schedules, designs and details all steel connections and provides details of masonry requirements.
