*Banning food you enjoy* What do we as a 1st world country overconsume? Calories, mainly carbohydrates..breads, pastas etc If we take that out of our weekly eating and lose weight, we blame the carb, or whichever particular food we removed. We may then begin to develop a negative relationship with that food, almost a fear of it! Now if we realised it was the reduction of calories overall, that lost us weight, we might turn a corner and understand we CAN have carbs and still lose weight... A breakfast of poached eggs and bacon medallions becomes even better with a slice of toast or two, Chicken, cheese, ham and pineapple go alot better on a tortilla base or on top of pitta bread!

Quick Fat Loss Tips 1. Structure Your Eating Develop a routine and stick to it,Thursday your likelihood of diet adherence is much higher. E.g. Breakfast,lunch,dinner and evening snack, stick within these meals and you'll have less chance of being 'caught out' and eating something in the go that may not be conducive towards your target goal. 2. Add in Cardio,Get Out and Moving more. Calories don't always have to be the first thing cut,try hop on the crosstrainer after your gym session for 20/30mins to burn extra calories,worked a treat for me in prep and can work for you too. Even getting out for a brisk walk will work,stick in the earphones,get the tunes/podcasts going and go at it! 3. Swap sugar for sweeteners in tea/coffee.
