Ladies if you can't make your appointment would you please text me to let me know so I'm not wasting my time and petrol driving to a house when there's no one there it's very frustrating. Also cancelling an appointment without reason other than you don't feel like it 2 hours beforehand is very unfair, this is not a hobby for me this is my livelihood and how I pay the bills. Cancelling without notice means I can't fill the slot and I'm at a loss for that appointment. I appreciate there are genuine reasons to cancel but at least let me know with as much notice as possible. Any more than three times and I will not be taking any more appointments. Rachel xx
