At Natural Enhancement the aim is to provide the perfect brows, eyes and lips for you WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Semi -permanent eyelash extensions are individual lashes which will look like your real lash with additional curl, length, and thickness. The extensions are glued (medical grade glue) to each one of your individual eyelashes creating a purely natural look.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST APPROXIMATELY?
With proper care, lash extensions should stay on for the duration of your natural lash growth cycle. For most people this is between 4-6 weeks and for the lucky ones, this can be longer.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR LASHES: TOP UPS - REFILLS
To maintain the look of your lashes, touch ups (refills) must be done every 2-3 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on your own natural lash cycle. You can book a refill appointment if at least half of your lashes remain. If less than half of your lashes remain you will need to schedule a full set. Everyone's lash cycle varies and there is no guaranteed way to tell you how long they will last. Minding your lashes and not abusing them is the best way to guarantee that they will last you a long time.
CARING FOR YOUR LASHES:
The general rule: the less you mess with them the longer they will last. Oil products will break the glue down quicker therefore, use only water based makeup removers and facial wash. Be gentle when cleaning around the eyes. Avoid rubbing your eyes. Do not use lash curlers as these will damage your extension.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Eyes need to be clean: free of mascara, eye makeup, and oily products. Also please do not curl lashes for at least 2 days prior to application.
AVERAGE APPLICATION TIME:
Application time will vary depending on your own lashes. Please allow a minimum of 1 hour and up to 2 hours for your appointment. Refills usually require up to one hour.
