We will challenge our dear customers to dine in the dark to raise awareness and vital funds for life changing sight loss services in Ireland, such as the National Council for the Blind. This immersive experience allows people to challenge their palate and their thinking around sight loss and the people affected by it. The basic concept is that the removal of vision enhances the other senses and increases gastronomic pleasure.
