People can be so negative when you mention your goals or plans to grow and develop yourself Maybe its just a reflection on themselves that they are not happy in their current situation 🤷‍♀️ But I do know that people who are to scared to follow their own dreams will always find a way to discourage yours So just show them instead 💪

“I don’t have time “ We all need to take some time for ourselves I know we all live busy lives, but we need to take the responsibility of owning our time It is yours to do with what you want Now I know we work a certain amount of hours a day, or your kids and family come first which can take up must if your time that’s just life , but we all have the same 24hrs in day Take 1 hour just for you If you are stressed take a bubble bath and listen to your favorite music No time to exercise? Wake up an hour earlier and get moving Want to educate yourself more? Read a book / listen to a podcast Turn your phone on airplane mode for an hour you will be surprised how much time you waste scrolling through your newsfeed Take an hour for yourself and use it to make a little change Life is short , take time for you in every day

One small change today is better then none ! Getting healthier does not have to be a huge life flipping dramatic change ( most people change too much too quick and fail) They cut out every single thing they enjoy to eat and give up after a few days and binge on all the tasty treats they cut out Then they feel like crap , think that they are a failure and either eat their feelings or start a new extreme diet on Monday 🤷‍♀️ We have all been there !! You just need to make a small change today that will help with your goals Eg swap that latte for a black coffee with s.f sweetener Add in 1ltr of Water today ditch the fizzy drinks You body does not need chemicals added into it every day Try swap your process frozen meats and fish to fresh meat and fish Have one less scoop of spuds with your dinner and add some extra veggies , get color on your plate! Take a walk in the evening instead of binging on Netflix 😆 Use that extra hour in the evening to be more productive
