Our kid’s martial arts classes in Jiu Jitsu are designed for age groups, 4-7 yrs old and 8-12 yrs old. Teen and Adult Jiu Jitsu classes range from a 8 week Beginner’s course to training sessions getting you competition ready.
Get toned, increase core strength and improve your general fitness in a welcoming atmosphere with our Kettlebell Fitness and Yoga exercise classes.

Promotions are given in Jiujitsu when a student displays the ability to defeat a fully resisting opponent of a similar belt. This ability is earned by failing countless times and learning from every loss. The 3 lads on this podium know this process very well and have embraced it fully.
