Bowen Therapy uses gentle rolling movements on specific points of the body to trigger the body into healing mode. Bowen is suitable for everyone! A Treatment:
The Bowen Technique uses gentle movements on specific parts of the body to realign muscles, bones and organs and bring balance to the body. When balance is achieved it allows the body to heal itself.
Bowen moves are usually done directly on skin but if the client is more comfortable, light clothing can be worn.
How Often:
Sessions last up to an hour and are ideally spaced 1 week apart. Long standing pain may be alleviated in 3 or more sessions.
