Our Goose Week kicks off tomorrow from 5pm - Gaz is bringing the Austrian “Martinigansl” tradition to Dublin. Roast Free Range Goose with Potato Dumplings, Spiced Apple Red Cabbage. Also some starters like Smoked Goose Breast & Pumpkin Salad, Roast Goose Soup and Foie Gras. Running 22nd - 29th nov - it will be a lovely winter warmer for you all Prost ! 🥂
