Thinking of visiting the North in the UK? No visit is complete without some time in York. This ancient city is surrounded by a wall started by the Romans, built higher by the Normans and widened by the Victorians. It us used to this day to walk around. Circling the York Minster, we recommend taking 2 hours to explore this collegial church. With stories and facts that boggle the mind this is a highlight to any tour!
