A space has become available to Join two other very sound lads in a small personal training group. Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening at 7pm. Small group training has many of the benefits of personal training but allows you split to the cost. Drop us a mail if interested.

I'm looking for five of my clients to make a team to enter this Saturday week. It's a 5k obstacle course and is €10 to enter, all proceeds go towards getting the girls to a tournament in Sweden. I am competing against the other trainers for the best trainer trophy so let's take this seriously 😆 anyone interested drop me a mail.
