The tiny hill town of Cori is home to one of Italy’s best kept secrets : the estate of Marco Carpineti. The ancient varieties of Bellone, Greco Giallo, Greco Moro that are planted in his organically grown vineyards are no longer found anywhere in Lazio. Marco is true artisan, preserving the viticultural history of Cori by continuing the production of these ancient, low yielding, full of character, varieties in the face of rampant commercialisation. We have shipped the great ‘Il Morro’ a blend of Greco Giallo & Greco Moro with its distinct peach and nectarine fruits cut by fine acidity, the richly textured ‘Capolemole’ a blend of Malvasia, Bellone and Trebbiano, the floral, vibrantly fresh ‘Tufaliccio’ a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, and the botrytis affected Bellone ‘Ludum’ which is one Italy’s best sweet wines. WELCOME TO BELLAGIO RESTAURANT Bellagio Restaurant is an architect-designed Italian restaurant serving modern and authentic Italian food and wine in the centre of Terenure village in Dublin 6w. The glass-fronted facade and rich interior is designed to offer a world away from home, where you can relax and enjoy delicious food, a truly delightful atmosphere and exceptional service. We welcome everyone including families, diners with special dietary requirements and parties and groups. We offer an extensive A la Carte menu; an Early Bird menu available all day Sunday, Monday to Thursday from opening untill closing and 5:00pm untill 7:30pm Friday and Saturday at €19.95 for 2 courses and 3 Courses at €24.95. We are open Monday to Thursday from 5p.m. to 10p.m, Friday and Saturday 5p.m. to 10:30p.m and Sunday all day from 12:30p.m. to 9:30p.m. We can happily accomodate large parties for lunch on request.
