This month our leaving cert students will be developing their understanding of Calculus. In addition, our higher level class will also work on area and volume while our ordinary level group will focus on coordinate geometry. With mocks just around the corner there will be an increased focus on exam technique. Who would have thought cartoons and maths could work so well together? Larry Gonick is a genius at making maths seem very straight forward using his hilarious illustrations. It is always nice to inject a little humour into maths lessons and these resources are amongst our favourite! A nice stocking filler idea for leaving cert students perhaps???
