Please have a read of our top tips to ensure your pets stay cool and enjoy the weather too: Please keep your pet extra safe if s/he falls under the most at risk category which includes: overweight/obese dogs, long haired dogs and also brachycephalic breeds (e.g: Bulldog breeds, boxers, shih tzus, cavalier king charles) 1) Exercise your dog early in the morning or late at night. 2) Keep plenty of cool water readily available. Ice cubes can be added to water bowls to make it extra cool. Bring bottled water wile out for walks. 3) Place water bowls in the shade 4) A wet towel can be draped over your dog as he rests in the shade and under his pads too 5) Never leave your pet in a parked car 6) Go swimming!
