A big thank you to all our bootcampers for their continued support this year 😀 We are taking a break from the usual schedule until Monday the 9th. For those of you who want to work off some of those christmas treats there will be two free sessions at 10am on the 28th December and 4th January in Belarmine Stepaside, non-members welcome to give it a try. Due to unforseen circumstances we can no longer run bootcamp in Naomh olafs gaa club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. All other classes will run as per usual this week. Will update you all with new location as soon as possible. Thank you James.

Full weekly schedule is: Monday Circuit Training 7 - 8pm St Olaf's National School Tuesday Bootcamp 7 - 8 pm Naomh Olaf GAA club Wednesday Circuit Training 7-8pm St Olaf's National School Thursday Bootcamp 7 - 8 pm Naomh Olaf GAA club Saturday Bootcamp 9.30-10.30am Belarmine Stepaside New members always welcome, all levels of fitness catered for. Great turnout last night to summer bootcamp even the sun turned up. Remember we are on summer timetable now so bootcamp on tuesday and thursday evening at 7 pm on balally hill, other classes at usual times cheers, James.

This mornings workout Warm up and light stretch. 10 mins of sprints up steps 20 bear crawls up and down hill Lap of field 550 as follows Push ups Sit ups Mountain climbers Triceps dips Burpees Squats Lunges Russian twists Squat jumps Jump jacks Squat thrusts 50 reps each Abs to finish 100 flutters 1 min plank 20 oblique crunches each side Cool down and stretch
