Reconnaissance Group is an Irish owned, physical risk management company working Ireland, US and developing nations in the Caribbean and South Pacific. Reconnaissance Group specialise in the provision of risk management solutions that secure organisations and employees against the dangers of operating in hostile locations. Conducting business in emerging markets brings with it downtime and financial burdens that can dull a company’s competitive edge. It is Reconnaissance’s aim to minimise this effect by enabling our clients to operate normal business in abnormal business environments.

Some positive news for the people of British Virgin Islands - the clean up has recommenced and there have been no reports of injuries. Jon has now moved on to Dominica where Hurricane Maria has left the island in desperate need of aid.

Tropical Storm #Irma is due to intensify into a hurricane later today but should remain over the eastern Atlantic until at least Tuesday.
