Nutritional Therapy is a client centred approach to achieving optimal health through food and lifestyle changes.  I work with individuals and families to improve their general health and wellbeing. Through a therapeutic partnership the ultimate goal is to increase the client’s health span and achieve optimal health. The changes are achieved through a client centred approach to food and lifestyle changes. Manageable goals are set in relation to food changes, lifestyle, stress management and movement. My role is to motivate, support, challenge and guide so the goals set are achieved.  Clients may receive, menu plans, recipes, fact sheets and suggested further reading to facilitate the journey.
I can help manage blood sugars, premenstrual syndrome, menopause, hypothyroidism, energy levels, weight issues autoimmune diseases and much more. I am a qualified cook so we will always find tasty, practical meal solutions that can fit into the client’s life.
