Siobhan O' Reilly Bracken MISCP Physiotherapist, sports injury specialist, certified lymphoedema therapist, Ireland's first Certified PINC Cancer Rehab Physio. Part-time lecturer and speaker on cancer rehab, lymphoedema and exercise and fitness.
After careful assessment Siobhan may use a variety of physiotherapy treatments to make you comfortable and exercises to make you flexible and strong. Once comfortable you can join carefully crafted classes where you can safely strengthen under your Physiotherapist's close supervision using Pilates, yoga and aerobic exercises to reach a level of fitness that will keep you strong and well in the years ahead.

I love data! My IPhone Health App tells me how many steps I walked each day, how many flights of stairs I climbed and how may meters I swam. It gently encourages me to compete with myself and increase my numbers so....I simply walk more, drive less, take the stairs when I see them and do a few more laps in the pool - and just so I don't ruin it all I choose to eat less sugar and drink less alcohol. Works for me!
