Sunday 18 February, 12noon - 4pm Mindfulness: Chinese Ink Painting This Chinese New Year, join artist Hoi Shan Mak and paint with ink and rice paper. This fast yet precise technique helps participants focus on the experiences occurring in the present moment. Learn how to paint a fish, a lotus or an old man.
