Supreme Court issues landmark judgement clarifying the rights of the unborn child today. The court ruled that the unborn has no constitutional rights outside the right to life in the Eighth Amendment. This case will have significant implications not only in terms of the proposed upcoming abortion referendum but for Immigration cases and beyond in the future.
