Here's one of my quick recipes for u guys it's a great clean out the veg in the fridge recipe, try it Finely diced carrot, courgette, mixed bell peppers, mushroom, red onion, sliced sugar snaps, basil, 2 cloves of garlic 1 chilli, 2 chicken stock cubes, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and 1 500g bottle of passata Method Simply heat a large pot When hot add the diced veg and a cup of water let steam off for 5 mins add two cups of boiling water the chicken stock cubes mix Add the chopped tomatoes and passata stir Then fill the empty passata bottle with water and add Simmer for 35 mins Finish with fresh basil and some pepper Enjoy It's Sin Free, gluten free and dairy free
