Our services: Italian School of Cooking; 2 Italian restaurants and winebars named Pinocchio, outdoor catering services; food & wine shop, travel services. The Flavor of Italy Group operates in Dublin and offers a wide range of services linked to traditional Italian food and cuisine and tourism in Italy:
- cookery school – The Italian School of Cooking;
- two Italian restaurants and wine bars named Pinocchio one in Ranelagh and one in Temple bar;
- outside Catering Services by Pinocchio Restaurants;
- food and wine shop - Flavour of Italy Products;
- travel services – Flavour of Italy Travel.
Flavor of Italy Group was founded in 2005 by two Italian entrepreneurs: Maurizio Mastrangelo and Marco Giannantonio.
Our mission: to promote and enhance the value of Italian quality gourmet products on the national and international market.

Il Gruppo Flavour of Italy ha sede a Dublino e offre un’ampia gamma di servizi legati alla cucina italiana, ai suoi prodotti tipici italiani ed al turismo verso l’Italia:
- una scuola di cucina – The Italian School of Cooking;
- due ristoranti Italiani e winebar di nome Pinocchio e si trovano a Dublino, uno in Ranelagh ed uno in Temple Bar;
- un servizio catering gestito dai ristoranti Pinocchio;
- un negozio di prodotti e vini italiani – Flavour of Italy Products;
- un’agenzia di viaggi – Flavour of Italy Travel.
