New Job Sales Training Coordinator - 899829 Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Permanent Location: Dublin South, Republic of Ireland Salary: €32000 - €35000 per annum Sales Training Coordinator Position Summary The Sales Training Coordinator works along with the Field Sales Training Director and in collaboration with all central Functions and countries teams in Europe to actively coordinate all the logistics, communication and administrative activities needed for the implementation of Sales Training strategy and action plan. In some cases the Sales Training Coordinator might be required to give support to training activities on site. The Sales Training Coordinator will also have some understanding of the training protocols, products, instruments, demo tools and other materials required for training activities and will act as a central point of contact in the organisation of training events. Duties Manage multiple event attendees and facilitators - Coordination and communication with attendees (number of attendees, event details, agendas, schedules, venues, hotels) - Book hotels, meeting rooms, catering, ground transportation - Ship materials and equipment to and from event - Be a central point of contact in the organisation of training events, both for internal and external contacts. Represents organisation on specific projects - Keep record of a sample/equipment inventory - Prepare contracts for presentations form invited guests - Set up of vendors - Manage invoices from vendors - Keep track of budget - Submit literature to copy review - Be knowledgeable of the training protocols, products, instruments, demo tools and other materials required for training activities - In some case on site coordination of training events might be required - Work under general supervision and able to deliver accurately - Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity using established policies and procedures - Identify roadblocks to task completion and effectively brings them to management for resolution - Work on assignments where judgement is often required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree preferred - General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards - At least 2 years work experience in similar roles - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluency in English required. Fluency in a second European language is a plus - Ability to work with virtual teams and across the borders - Competency in key software systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Oracle - Proactive and goal oriented - Detailed oriented and highly organised - Self motivated
