Give us a call :-) From September 2014 Montrose Student Residence will offer a total of 192 en-suite bedroom units, arranged in a choice of five to eight bedroom ‘cluster flats’ each with communal living, kitchen and dining areas. The Residence will also offer 24/7 security and a call out service, on site laundry and car and bicycle parking spaces. Utilities, broadband internet and contents insurance are all included in the room rental, which is projected currently to work out at €185 per week, based on a 42 week term.

Our neighbours, Bank of Ireland, are spoiling our community with an evening of festive fun for the whole of the family, right on our doorstep - tomorrow Wed 20th Dec. There'll be tons of treats including mulled wine and minced pies, live Christmas music and carols ☃️❄️ .. lots of giveaways ... and a special talk with the Irish Heart Foundation on how to look after your heart, this Christmas! 😊😊 See you there from 4 to 8pm! Even Santa's making an appearance ☺️☺️
