Differences between the senior and junior techs are 1. The experience level - a junior lash tech is fully qualified by an accredited company and trained personally by the senior. They are just in the beginning of their lash career. Junior lashes can last up to 3 weeks. 2. Full set classic lash extensions are €50 with senior lash tech and €35 with junior lash techs. 3. Time for junior tech is 1 hour and 30 mins. Senior tech takes 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 mins for a full set classic extensions. 4. Juniors do not do volume lashes or mixed volumes. 5. Lashes by senior tech can last up to 5 weeks. ❤ Please note that the retention of lash extensions vary among clients and are dependent on factors such as the amount of natural lashes the client has, the strength of natural lashes, the application of tan, sunbed exposure, and how oily the client's skin is naturally. ❤
