Our purpose is to educate and provide the public with an alternative system of health and well-being.
Through regular lectures we teach people about the benefits of the healing arts of acupuncture, meditation, tai chi, Buddha Kung Fu, Qigong exercise, etc.
It is also our aim to bring the benefits of these arts to the community through our charitable work. Through our classes students can experience these benefits firsthand. Those benefits include stress relief, pain relief, more energy, flexibility etc.
