The Nail Lounge & Training Academy specialise in Acrylic and Gel Nails. In conjunction with Astonishing Nails UK & Ireland I run Nail Training Courses from My name is Elaine Tyrrell, I have over 14 years experience in the nail & beauty industry. Over the last 7 years I ran a salon on Laurence street in Drogheda with my partner up until 2012, since then I've changed the name of the business, to The nail lounge & training academy. I have been a qualified teacher since 2010, I started Nail training from the salon only this year. My passion for Nails always has me wanting to do better and know more.Training allows me to continuously improve & update my skills.
I am a qualified teacher within ITEC studies & as an Educator for Astonishing Nails to train in the UK & Ireland.
At Astonishing Nails we aim to train all our students to the highest standards and offer full and continuous support even after you have qualified. We want you to become part of the team, not just another nail tech and want to help you progress and develop your career within the nail industry. There are plenty of opportunities working in the nail industry, whether you work in a salon, as a mobile technician, travel the world working on a cruise ship, or simply enjoy being your able to do your own nails and friends and family! The opportunities are endless! Its a career that can be suited to any lifestyle, you can work as much or as little as you want, allowing you to prioritise what really matters in your life!
