A modern take and a great alternative to your classic cake or desserts, Top Tier has created a bespoke range of home made Petite Gateaux and Desserts. Available for dessert tables for weddings, centre pieces for a party, or just for the family, a fabulous talking point and flavours to be remembered. Some of these sweet treats include:
Madagascan vanilla cheesecake, strawberry and kiwi meringues, berry tartlets, profiteroles, eclairs, macaroons, cake pops, marshmallows, chocolate strawberries and much more.
-Cakes are the focal point at wedding receptions, at Top Tier we consult with you until we have designed and created your perfect cake for that magical day. Cakes come in an array of flavours, from traditional amoretti, to a contemporary chocolate biscuit or the more upcoming trends of 'French' styled pryamid profiteroles cake. Again all of our products are home baked. There may be alot to choose from but Top Tier are committed to making this process as relaxed and hassle free as possible.
