Came across this just now!😡😡😡 Please don't follow stuff like this, I've put the emoji over the glass to cover the product logo, not to save face for them, but more so not to advertise this product!! REPLACING WHOLE FOOD WITH A SHAKE IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU! Rather, it's worse! Your digestive system needs chewable, nutritional rich food. I understand people having shakes to get extra calories in or to fit it around a busy lifestyle, but make sure it's with a healthy diet of actual food. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MEAL REPLACEMENT! Your more inclined to put on extra weight when you introduce food back into your lifestyle after one of these shake cycles! Stay away from this kind of stuff it's not good for you! #RossLynchFitness
